We regret to inform you, as some of you may know, that The Chesapeake Center was forced to close its doors at the end of 2025.

We struggled to find solutions right to the very end, but ultimately it was simply not feasible for the clinic to continue for reasons beyond our control.

We want to assure you that all patient records are intact and available to your existing provider if you choose to continue your treatment under their care.

The Chesapeake Center will archive your records as required by law. Click on the link below to find your provider’s email address to facilitate continuity of care. If your provider is not listed, please feel free to respond to us at info@Chesapeakeadd.com and we will seek to send you their contact information.

The Chesapeake Center has been a place of connection, growth, and community — shaped by the dedication of our staff, clinicians, the loyalty of our supporters, and the countless individuals and families who have shared their journeys with us. As we bring this chapter to a close, our hearts are filled with both sadness at the closure of the clinic and gratitude for everyone that has supported us over the years. We regret any inconvenience that this closure may have caused.
