Who can benefit from EF coaching?


High schoolers, college students, and adults struggling with school, work, or managing their lives – often due to ADHD.  A formal diagnosis isn't required. If you're frustrated and overwhelmed, EF coaching can help!


How long does coaching take?


Real change takes time, usually 6 months to a year. We help you build awareness, daily habits, motivation, and confidence.  Your progress depends on your goals and challenges.


How often do sessions happen?


Weekly sessions are the norm, tailored to your needs. Some clients may benefit from additional contact (like reminder emails) until new habits become second nature.
