Whether or not you take medication for ADHD, the healthy habits promoted by SHINES should be integrated into your ADHD treatment. Studies show that adults often don’t continue stimulant medication long-term, but SHINES will last a lifetime.

Our assessment team, after meeting with you, will write a comprehensive report outlining our findings, our treatment plan, and goals. This becomes your roadmap to create a life that is less stressful, more focused, and more satisfying.

Regular sessions create a structured environment for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings, to problem-solve, to address challenges in your personal relationships, and to build emotional resilience. Coaching provides the support and accountability to allow you to build consistent habits to improve brain health and overall health. We find that coaching is the key to follow-through that leads to success.
Integrative Psychiatry & Medication Management
Our Integrative Psychiatrist will order lab tests to measure hormone levels, nutrient deficiencies, and metabolic markers, to gain a comprehensive understanding of a patient’s unique biological makeup. This informs pharmacological interventions and treatment. One of the key advantages is the ability to identify and address biochemical issues, such as low serotonin levels, high levels of toxins, inflammation levels and vitamin deficiencies, that all impact your mood, your ability to cope with stress, and your overall cognitive functioning.
